Shipping policy

All physical items offered on BlackWhole Magazine are manufactured on-demand. When you complete a purchase, your order is pushed directly into our printing production queues. Therefore, your total delivery window is calculated as: [ Fulfillment / Production Time ] + [ Carrier Transit Time ] = Total Delivery Window

1. Production (Fulfillment) Times

Apparel & Garments: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your garment to be printed, cured, and packaged.

Books & Printed Media: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for printing, binding, and quality inspection.

Tabletop & Card Games: Please allow 3 to 6 business days for cardstock printing, cutting, tuck-box assembly, and shrink-wrapping.

Wall Art & Canvas Prints: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for high-resolution printing, canvas stretching, and secure framing.

Estimated Carrier Transit Times (Post-Production) Once your item finishes manufacturing, it is handed off to the postal carrier. Standard estimated transit times are:

United States: 5 to 7 business days.

International: 10 to 20 business days (subject to local customs clearance speeds).

Split Shipments (Important Note) Because we utilize specialized manufacturing facilities for clothing, a separate printing plant for binding books, a dedicated facility for playing card decks, and specific localized facilities for wall art, an order containing multiple different product types will arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package as they depart their respective facilities.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes BlackWhole Magazine is not responsible for any international customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your package. All import fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole legal and financial responsibility of the customer.
